Everything felt beautifully intentional yet effortless, and in that moment, it felt like the magic of the setting, the season, and our story all came together at once. It’s a memory we’ll carry with us forever.”

Rachael and Dylan incorporated timeless Southern traditions that added both symbolism and fun to their celebration. Thirty days before the wedding, they buried a bottle of bourbon at the venue and returned on the big day to “unbury” it, a beloved tradition said to ensure good weather.

During the reception, they also included a cake pull during their cake cutting. The bridesmaids and the Mother of the Bride each pulled one charm out of the cake, with each charm representing a fortune or a well wish — a sentimental moment filled with anticipation and joy.
