Vows That Wow — Natalie & Joshua

Natalie Raulerson and Joshua Johns celebrated their wedding day on April 18, 2026, with an elegant coastal wedding at Sea Island, Georgia. Their celebration was rooted in faith, family, and intentional details, creating a wedding weekend that felt both refined and deeply personal.

Set between The Garden at The Cloister and the Mizner Ballroom, the day carried the beauty of Sea Island from ceremony to reception. With full-service planning by Beth Williams and Elizabeth Killgallon of LUXE by BW&CO and photography by Kelli Boyd, Natalie and Joshua’s wedding was thoughtfully designed, beautifully captured, and filled with moments they will treasure forever.

A Meaningful Ceremony at The Garden at The Cloister

For Natalie and Joshua, their Christian faith was a central part of the celebration. Their ceremony included prayer, scripture, and music, creating a setting that felt sacred, personal, and full of beautiful intention.

“Our Christian faith played a very important role throughout our wedding and was reflected through prayer, scripture, and music. The pastor (Dr. Bill Young) that I grew up with at my hometown church read scripture from the Bible. The Associate Pastor at FBC Blackshear (Mr. Kirk Talley) counseled and officiated our wedding. His wife (Mrs. Jordan Talley) who sings in the church choir sang a beautiful Christian song ‘What a Beautiful Name.’ It was such a blessing to have all of them at our wedding!”

Their ceremony in The Garden at The Cloister offered a breathtaking backdrop for this meaningful chapter. Surrounded by family, friends, and the natural beauty of Sea Island, Natalie and Joshua exchanged their love in a setting that felt both grand and intimate.

A Private Moment After “I Do”

While the day was filled with beautiful details, one of Natalie’s most cherished memories came immediately after the ceremony, when she and Joshua had a quiet moment together.

“The moment right after the ceremony where Joshua and I followed the bagpiper playing as we left the Garden. This private moment between the two of us was so special allowing us to take it all in as newlyweds!”

After the anticipation and emotion leading up to the ceremony, that walk became one of the most meaningful parts of the day. As Natalie shared, “all of the nerves had disappeared and we were ready to celebrate with all of our favorite people at the reception!”

A Luxe Sea Island Reception

Following the ceremony, guests gathered for an elegant reception in the Mizner Ballroom. The evening brought together classic coastal beauty, thoughtful design, and a joyful atmosphere that made the entire celebration feel seamless from beginning to end.

Kelli Boyd photographed the day with a timeless, artistic eye, capturing everything from the quiet in-between moments to the energy of the celebration. Her images tell the story of a wedding that was not only beautiful in design, but full of love and meaning.

Planning With Heart

The planning experience was just as meaningful for Natalie as the wedding day itself. She shared that one of the most special parts of the process was planning alongside her mom.

“Wedding planning with my mom was so special because we got to spend so much time together making so many decisions and I don’t know what I would have done without her by my side.”

LUXE by BW&CO, led by Beth Williams and Elizabeth Killgallon, helped bring Natalie and Joshua’s vision to life with care, organization, and attention to detail. Natalie shared that the team gave them “complete confidence leading up to the wedding” and allowed them to be fully present throughout the weekend.

“We truly couldn’t have done it without them – the wedding weekend itself and the entire planning process.”

A Special Touch From Christina’s Dance World

A beautiful and personal part of Natalie and Joshua’s wedding experience came through their dance lessons with Christina Patelidas of Christina’s Dance World. The couple worked with Christina on all three special dances: the bride and groom dance, the bride and father dance, and the groom and mother dance.

Natalie shared that Christina “made learning the dances so much fun” and helped them feel confident going into those meaningful reception moments.

Christina also had a sweet personal connection to the wedding day, sharing, “Fun fact, Joshua’s mother and I were in the same dance class from the time we were 3 years old until we were 18 and graduated high school.”

It is those layered, personal details that made Natalie and Joshua’s wedding feel so special. From a shared history to new memories created on the dance floor, Christina’s Dance World played such a meaningful role in helping the couple celebrate with ease and confidence.

A Wedding Day to Remember

Looking back, Natalie shared that wedding planning taught her what mattered most. While the details were beautiful, the heart of the day was always about marrying her best friend.

“On the day of the wedding, I learned that all of the small details that I stressed about didn’t matter anymore because all that was important to me was marrying my best friend!”

From the garden ceremony to the ballroom reception, Natalie and Joshua’s Sea Island wedding was a timeless celebration of love, faith, family, and the start of a beautiful new chapter.
