Vows That Wow — Apoorva & Patrick’s Wedding Video

Apoorva and Patrick’s wedding was more than a union of two people — it was a beautiful coming together of two cultures, two families, and two deeply meaningful traditions. Their love story, which began in medical school and grew from friendship into lifelong partnership, set the foundation for a multi-day celebration rooted in heritage and intention.

The weekend began with a vibrant Hindu pre-wedding ceremony, rich with symbolism and generational tradition. Surrounded by loved ones, every ritual felt sacred and joyful. A true reflection of the families who helped bring the celebration to life.

“There are so many details into planning a wedding that it was a large group effort by both families!” said Bride Apoorva

Honoring both of their backgrounds, the couple held two ceremonies.

“We had two ceremonies. We had a Hindu wedding ceremony in the morning and Western ceremony in the evening.”

Each ceremony carried its own beauty, the morning steeped in spiritual tradition, the evening romantic and deeply personal.

“My favorite memory was seeing our families embrace each other’s cultures. Patrick’s family really enjoyed the Hindu ceremony and all its rituals and my parents thought the western ceremony was very touching and represented us as a couple.”

Lush, vibrant florals by Harvey Designs brought warmth and richness to every setting, while Esther Griffin Photography thoughtfully captured each emotional glance, embrace, and meaningful exchange. Their wedding film beautifully preserves not just how the celebration looked, but how it felt — a true testament to unity, devotion, and love that bridges traditions with grace.
