After falling in love with Holly and Justin’s engagement photos, it only felt right to share their wedding day too. An elegant Savannah celebration that perfectly balanced classic details with a modern feel. Captured so beautifully by Coastal Chic Studios
The day began with a traditional ceremony at Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist, one of the city’s most iconic and breathtaking settings. With its soaring architecture and historic charm, it created a meaningful and timeless backdrop as Holly and Justin said “I do.”
Holly’s bridal look was effortlessly elegant, featuring a classic gown paired with a long, flowing veil that added just the right amount of drama, especially in their iconic portraits.
From portraits beneath the moss-draped oaks to riding through downtown on a trolley with guests, the day felt distinctly rooted in the city’s charm. Transportation by Old Savannah Tours added both a fun and practical element, while also giving guests a true Savannah experience.
As the sun began to set, Holly and Justin stepped away for what quickly became one of our absolute favorite moments.. their sunset portraits. With soft pastel skies and golden light, these moments captured a quieter, more intimate side of the celebration and brought a romantic close to the evening’s transition.
The reception at Charles H. Morris Center was a beautiful continuation of their timeless style. A candlelit space filled with classic white roses, soft greenery, and warm lighting created an atmosphere that felt both elevated and inviting. Every detail was intentional yet understated, allowing the overall design to feel cohesive and effortless.
Captured by Coastal Chic Studios, Holly and Justin’s wedding was thoughtful and classic. From start to finish, their day was a seamless blend of tradition, beauty, and meaningful moments – set against one of the most charming backdrops in the South.
