A Journey to Europe — and Back Again
jo•vage was born from Joy’s lifelong love of travel and her years spent living abroad. After more than a decade in Europe, Joy returned to the U.S. with an unmatched depth of global perspective and a desire to share the magic of meaningful travel with others.
Her journey includes extensive studies throughout France — from Champagne to the French Riviera — as well as time in Vienna, Austria. With over 18 years of international travel experience across more than 60 countries, Joy’s appreciation for culture, language, and design naturally shaped her approach to travel planning.
While living in Germany, Joy met the love of her life, and together they celebrated their own French-inspired wedding at Savannah’s iconic Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist. That meaningful connection to Savannah ultimately led them to put down roots in Georgia, bringing Joy’s European worldview full circle.

In July 2025, Joy officially launched jo•vage, an independent travel agency where luxury meets authenticity. Her philosophy centers on creating elevated yet approachable itineraries, experiences that feel indulgent without being overstated.
